1. Reconnecting with members from other chapters that I had met from the Presidents Academy in January and Region Weekend in April.
2. Having several beneficial workshops – this is the best conference I have attended.
3. Seeing National Headquarters and being in Oxford was an inspirational experience in understanding our history.
4. Being conscious of others and yourself to be an effective leader – you need to have multiple perspectives to make effective changes.
5. The need to change yourself in order to change the world – you have to change your thinking and your behavior to change things on a bigger scale.
